ARCANUM has specialised in project development, project management and operation of biomethane plants since 2005 and combines technical with business know-how. From conception to initial start-up, ARCANUM works professionally on partial or complete tasks and makes an important contribution to an environmentally friendly and CO2-neutral society.

As part of NEUMAN & ESSER (NEA), synergies within the group have been pushed since 2020 and ARCANUM has been strengthened for projects in the field of renewable energies (biomethane, CO2, BioCNG, BioLNG, hydrogen, power-to-X). In cooperation with NEA Green, ARCANUM promotes the production of green gases and decarbonisation across Europe.

The clients are energy suppliers and waste management companies, municipalities, farmers, industrial and commercial enterprises, but also investors, who are networked by ARCANUM to become sustainable project partners.

With the planning of new plants as well as concepts for the modernisation and optimisation of post-EEG plants, the production of green gases is made possible through the refinement of biomethane.

More than 40 biogas upgrading plants throughout Germany are currently being serviced by the ARCANUM service team. The employees ensure the smooth and profitable production of biomethane - independent of the technology used, manufacturer-neutral, contactable 24/7 and with the claim to achieve the optimum of each plant.
